There are two main ways to renovate a bathroom, and it’s often a matter of deciding whether to change the layout or not. If budget is a consideration, it is often recommended to proceed with a retrofit of an existing layout. When the framework and especially the mechanicals of plumbing don’t need to change, the advantage is saving time and budget, while still attaining a custom bathroom that is fully renovated. On the other end of the spectrum, we can also do a complete transformation and expansion, entailing relocation of all the mechanicals. In one example, the client wanted a completely new and larger bath. Though the design was Euro-minimalist, behind the scenes everything was completely redone. From a 400 square foot master suite with a spa, to a very small hallway bath, we can provide all the bathroom necessities any homeowner needs.
